Bailey's Gran Canaria Booking Terms & Conditions Reservations & Payments
To make a reservation a deposit maybe required, payable through Paypal. You don't need to have an account with PayPal but you should have a credit or debit card to use the service.
Full balance is payable in Cash (Euros) on your arrival.
For bookings made less than four weeks before travel date, you may be requested to make the full balance payment immediately by way of a link in an email sent to you by us.
By paying the deposit you agree to our terms and conditions.
Portable air conditioning units are available at a small extra cost.
Cancellation Policies
Reservations are accepted on the condition that if a cancellation is made that No Refund of any deposit paid will be given unless we are able to resell the accommodation originally booked.
Every effort will be made to resell the accommodation but no guarantee is given.
If we can resell the accommodation we will refund your payment. (less 10% of total reservation costs for administration )
Cancellation I month before arrival as above.
Cancelation 2 weeks before arrival, as above and 25 % of total amount payable
Cancelation of between 2 weeks and 7 days as above and 50% of total amount payable
Cancelation of 7 days or less as above and full payment.
